Fresco, moderatamente sapido e di media struttura al palato, ha finale piacevolmente ammandorlato. L\u2019abbinamento con piatti di mare \u00e8 l\u2019ideale: imo tako ni, sake sekai, nigiri, sashimi, suzuki wasabi cream, o con una sfiziosa tempura di gamberi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bright and straw yellow, its aroma is scented with notes of white peach, pippin and wisteria. Fresh, moderately savoury and medium-bodied on the palate, it has a pleasant conclusive almond note.
