Equilibrato e di buona struttura.<\/p>\n<p>Golden yellow colour with greenish reflections.<br \/>\nIt has an intense and fresh scent which recalls, depending on the different years, the aroma of citrus, apricot, sage, fresh pepper and elder.<br \/>\nIt has a good acidic note which gives freshness, saltiness and a hint of mineral.
