Viene quindi servito in un brodo caldo tentsuyu fatto di dashi, mirin e sh\u014d-yu, e coperto con negi tritata finemente e daikon grattugiato.<\/p>\n<p>Silken tofu diced and lightly sprinkled with potato starch and fried until it browns.
