Elena Walch Gewurztraminer è un pregevole vino bianco fermo, di medio corpo, morbido e profumato. Si presenta alla vista di colore giallo paglierino. Al naso esprime un profondo ventaglio di sentori, con note di melone, tiglio, rosa gialla, sambuco, lavanda, scorza d’agrumi e pepe bianco. Morbido e scattante al palato, è dotato di lunga persistenza minerale. Ottimo per esaltare antipasti e piatti di pesce, sushi e sashimi.
Elena Walch Gewurztraminer is a firm and fine white wine, medium-bodied, soft and fragrant. It has a straw yellow colour and its aroma is scented with notes of melon, linden, yellow rose, elder, lavender, orange zest and white pepper. It has a soft taste and a long-lasting mineral persistence. It goes well with seafood starters and dishes, sushi and sashimi.
